- Upon completion of payment and delivery, ownership is transferred to the client for their personal or business use.
2. Portfolio Usage
- Vikentis Design reserves the right to use any work created for clients in our portfolio, presentations, or promotional materials, unless the client objects in writing.
- If a client does not wish their work to be included in our portfolio, they must send an official email to info@vikentisdesign.com requesting removal.
- By accepting the purchase of our services, clients automatically consent to the use of their work in our slideshows or portfolio, with proper credit given to the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, including text, images, logos, or other materials supplied for the project.
- Any intellectual property provided by the client must not violate the rights of third parties.
4. Data Handling & Privacy
- We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is required to provide our services.
- Any information shared with us (e.g., email, brand assets) will be used strictly to complete the project or communicate about the project.
- Information will not be sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent.
5. Updates to This Policy
- Vikentis Design may update this policy in the future to include VAT, address, or additional business information.
- Clients will be notified of any significant changes affecting rights or ownership.
